Terms of Service

What I will and won't draw...

  • Anthro, Feral, Reptiles, Avians, Aquatics, Insects, MLP, NSFW, Blood/Gore, Mecha/Robots to an extent, Simple backgrounds

  • Humanoids, Sexual intercourse, Complicated Mecha/Robots, Complex backgrounds

Payment Methods

  • USD via PayPal invoice

  • Canadian etransfer, in USD prices

  • Art (state what you are offering & turnaround time, similar quality please)

Full payment is required upfront
Complex designs will have an extra fee
All NSFW commissions have an extra 20$ fee

I may turn down designs that I don’t think I can draw or won’t vibe well with my style
Feel free to ask me in DMs if I can draw anything specific or not

I do not accept commissions from anyone under the age of 16

You must be 18 years or older to request a NSFW commission or order commissions with commercial purposes

For commissions with commercial purposes, a ‘commercial license’ has to be discussed and bought, and I won’t be publishing them unless permission is given

Depending on the commission and my schedule, it can take between 1 week to 2 months. Please do not rush me or spam me

I reserve the right to post the commission on my social media and as an example of my work. If you would like your commission to remain private, please let me know

My adopts/designs may not be resold for a higher price than they were obtained, unless they have additional commissioned art

I will be sending wips of every stage of the drawing incase you want anything changed

During the early sketch, there are few revisions. Any major revision (like changing pose, changing character, changing scene, etc) or many revisions will be charged a fee

Once the commission is started there won’t be any refunds, unless I am unable to finish your commission. No exceptions

It is within my right to deny your request if it's something I will not be able to draw or something I am not comfortable drawing. I am allowed to deny your request if you are rude, disrespectful or inappropriate. This also applies in the time that I am working for you. If you act inappropriate and do not stop after a warning I will cancel your commission without a refund and you will receive only what I completed up until that point, even if it is unfinished

NONE OF MY ART WILL BE USED FOR AI, DATA SET TRAINING, OR APPLYING AI FILTERS AND I DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION TO ANYONE TO USE MY ART AND COMMISSIONED ART FOR AI PURPOSES

NONE OF MY ART WILL BE USED TO MAKE NFTS AND I DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION TO ANYONE TO USE MY ART AND COMMISSIONED ART AS AN NFT

THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME AND IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO READ, AGREE TO, AND FOLLOW THEM

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY AGREEING TO ACCEPT AND FOLLOW ALL OF THESE TERMS, WHETHER OR NOT YOU CHOSE TO READ THEM
